About Us!
Our Church has been Serving our Community for over Sixty Five years. We started as a Nondenominational Church and our name was Grace Gospel Church. The Church served for many years and after changes in leadership, the name was changed to Community Bible Church. We began a Christian School for kids ages k - 12 grade. The School was successful for many years but with changes in our leadership, the School was closed so we could focus on Church growth and our name was changed for a third time in our Church history to Vaughn Street Bible Church. The Bi-laws were re-aligned and we became an Independent Baptist Church. We have been an Independent Baptist Church now for over thirty five years.
Our current Pastor has been preaching here for twenty years come November 4th 2024.
Our Services
We have Traditional services and we preach from the King James Bible. We have cushion pews and sing from the hymnal. We enjoy congregational singing and have special music as well. We also have a Praise Team that sings.
Things we like to do!
